Are your carers police checked?
Yes. Every carer on our team holds a current New Zealand Police Vetting clearance. We also require First Aid certification and complete our internal child safety training programme.
What age groups do you care for?
We care for children from 5 to 13 years old, depending on the service. Each service listing clearly states the appropriate age range.
Can I meet the carer before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage this for full-day and subscription-based services. Contact us after booking and we'll arrange a meet-and-greet.
What happens if a carer is sick?
We maintain a pool of backup carers so your service is never disrupted. You'll be notified immediately if a substitution is needed.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.
