Our Richmond venue is on the A & P Showgrounds, 358 Lower Queen Street, Richmond.

Drive in the entrance, drive down the tree-lined drive. At end of tree-line there is a white building on your right called Birch Hall.

Keep driving down until you see a sign Waimea lounge, we are through the big glass doors.

6.45am-9am Before School
3-6pm Mon-Fri After School
8am-6pm Mon-Fri Holiday Programme

Please note numbers are limited of vehicle and venue capacities.

The phone is manned 7am-8.15am and 2.30pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, during term time.

Please text or ring the venue phone for any absences or unscheduled attendances.

Fees

Our After School fees are simple:

$23.00 per session for Richmond, Henley, Ranzau

$25.00 per session for Stoke, Hope, Appleby

Before School fees: $18.00 per session.

Ministry of Social Development (MSD) approved + therefore winz subsidies available.

WINZ Application

When you complete your winz forms (click here for a subsidy form) you can email the application form, and any other documents they have asked you to get to:

Pick-up service for After School from local schools and Breakfast Club there is a drop off to school service.

All staff including volunteers are police vetted.
